By accessing or using Equipify.ai websites, products, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and account holders.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements in your jurisdiction to use Equipify.ai. By using the platform, you represent that you meet these requirements.

We may offer free trial periods from time to time. Free trials are provided as-is and may be limited in features, duration, or availability.

We reserve the right to modify, limit, or end free trials at any time without prior notice. Continued use after a trial period ends may require a paid subscription.

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on each renewal date.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused portions of a billing period unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to change pricing with advance notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

You agree to use Equipify.ai only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Use the platform to violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform without authorization
• Send unsolicited communications (spam) through platform tools
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform or its infrastructure
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
• Use the platform to infringe the intellectual property rights of others
• Resell or sublicense access to the platform without prior written permission

You retain ownership of the data you input into or generate through Equipify.ai. By using the platform, you grant us a limited license to process and store your data solely for the purpose of operating and improving the service.

We will not sell your customer data to third parties. We may share data with service providers who assist in operating the platform, subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations. For more information, please review our Privacy Policy.

By creating an account or submitting a form on our website, you may opt in to receive communications from Equipify.ai related to:

• Account setup and onboarding
• Product updates and feature announcements
• Billing and subscription notifications
• Customer support responses
• Requested sales or demo information

You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time using the unsubscribe link in email messages or by contacting us directly.

Some communications from Equipify.ai — including account notifications, onboarding messages, and platform alerts — may be sent using automated systems, including automated SMS or email delivery platforms.

By providing your phone number and consenting to SMS communications, you agree to receive automated text messages from or on behalf of Equipify.ai.

Standard message and data rates may apply to SMS messages you receive from or send to Equipify.ai, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Equipify.ai is not responsible for any charges imposed by your carrier.

You may opt out of SMS communications from Equipify.ai at any time.

After opting out, you will no longer receive marketing or informational SMS messages. You may still receive transactional messages related to your account or active service requests.

Message delivery depends on factors outside our control, including mobile carrier networks, device compatibility, and network availability. Equipify.ai does not guarantee the delivery, timing, or receipt of any communication sent through or by our platform.

If you use Equipify.ai tools to send messages to your own customers, leads, or contacts, you are solely responsible for:

• Obtaining all required consents prior to sending
• Complying with applicable laws including the TCPA, CAN-SPAM Act, and any other relevant federal, state, or local regulations
• Honoring opt-out requests from your recipients promptly
• Ensuring the content of your messages is lawful and accurate

Equipify.ai is not responsible for your messaging practices or any violations arising from your use of platform communication tools.

All content, branding, software, and materials associated with Equipify.ai — including but not limited to logos, product names, design elements, and platform code — are the property of Equipify.ai or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use Equipify.ai trademarks, trade names, or branding without prior written permission.

Equipify.ai may integrate with or link to third-party services, platforms, or tools. We do not control these third-party services and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms.

Your use of any third-party service is subject to that service's own terms and policies.

We aim to maintain reliable uptime for Equipify.ai, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances outside our control may result in temporary unavailability.

We are not liable for losses resulting from platform downtime or service interruptions.

Equipify.ai is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Equipify.ai and its affiliates, officers, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform.

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid to Equipify.ai in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in misuse of the platform, or fail to pay applicable fees.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or canceling through your account settings. Termination does not entitle you to a refund except as expressly provided in our billing policies.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you via email or in-platform notice.

Your continued use of Equipify.ai after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
